Terrible customer service. I had to send numerous emails before I ever got a response and then once I got a response it was just an email giving me an address to send it back to you but no return labe
Terrible customer service you can never never talk to anybody personally you have to email and it took them numerous emails to ever get back to me and once they did they sent me an email or address to mail it to but they would not send me a return label so I took it to the UPS and they wanted over $100 to return the product which was really just opened and looked at and realized it was wrong But they dont stand behind their product. I wanted to exchange it but Ill never do business with this company again they are horrible about returns.
They are horrible about contacting anybody.
Its horrible. It took them over three weeks to finally email me back.

Looks wise the lights are great functionally a candle is fetter than the high or low beams
Preferred solution: Discount on higher quality headlight
